Information Line (initial contact)
Got a product or service to sell? Running an advert and need those initial calls screened/handled, look no further, our team have handed enquiry lines from bird seed to menopause!

Recruitment Response Service
We offer the full range of recruitment response, from simple data capture to prequalifying applicants and despatching application packs. A dedicated account manager will tailor a bespoke package to each client’s needs.

Subscription/Membership Handling
Our service for the publishing industry, we handle bulk mailing of magazines and publications, online, telephone and post subscriptions, payment processing, renewal reminders by post and telephone and secure storage. See our Membership Database Management Services section for more information.

Appointment Booking and Diary Planning
It does what is says on the tin! We work with you to manage your time or the time of your staff, arrange your appointments and act as liaison between you and your clients.

Campaign follow-up
It is a known fact that a telephone call following a direct mail campaign can increase the success rate of a campaign significantly. It also allows you to find out how effective a mail piece may have been by allowing us to gather feedback and how responsive clients may or may not be to its content. In some sectors we are able to take this a stage further and start to build a ‘diary’ of when it is more appropriate to contact a potential customer, should the current time be inappropriate.

Pay As You Go

All of the above services are available as a temporary option should they not be required on a more permanent basis, such as call handling whilst you are taking a holiday. For the pay as you go service you simply give us a days’ notice for when you want to start using a service, and the period you wish to use it for. You can use us for a single day, a week or a month, 3 cost options are available for this service.
