Fulfilment of gifts/cards
Poor management of order processing and stock management can result in alienating your donors and will ultimately affect the revenue generated from your campaign.
Equally you need to be in touch with sales and stock levels to make informed decisions about the ongoing needs of the campaign.
We can take over the entire campaign from taking the orders in all formats, processing payments and despatching orders or just storing product, and despatching orders on instruction from the charity whilst they are kept informed of all activity via simple but informative reporting as required.
Our arrangements with our postal service providers and couriers are such that we can offer excellent service levels often at discounted prices due to the large volumes we send out, particularly at Christmas!
We can also handle brochure or pack requests via the same system, so if you have an event planned and need someone to make up packs, forms, delegate bags, or any other type of package, again we are here to help!

Warehousing and Distribution
An extension of our fulfilment service, it is imperative that other outlets are catered for accurately and in a timely fashion.
This bulk order and delivery service will allow you to service your outlets or corporate sponsors on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, recording the flow of goods in and out allowing you to monitor retail sales and stock.
For specific events, goods out and goods returned following the end of a campaign are recorded. This will allow you to determine exactly how successful an event was and match this to sales by your fundraising team.
Storage
Many charities struggle to find space for various items, and if space is available, the cost of renting that space can be a drain on valuable funds. We have a simple pricing structure for pallet storage, we charge a fixed rate per pallet, per month.
Goods are securely stored and you may have access to them within a 24 hour notice period. We can also arrange pallet despatches at very favourable rates.
Management of YOUR donorbase

Our system allows you to calculate the monetary value of using this service without any commitment.
It also allows you to identify areas where you may be loosing money or even offending donors by duplicate mailings or worse.
Costs only come into effect if we go ahead and update your database or give you the means to update your database in-house.
If you are unable to ‘remove’ duplicate addresses from your database but when it comes to mailing you don’t want to send duplicate items, we can simply dedupe your mailing list before each mailing for a small fee ensuring you keep your donors happy that money is not being wasted on unnecessary items.
Data Capture
Got oodles of lottery tickets or other such items with valuable name and address data on that you simply have not had time to put onto your donorbase? Send them over, we will capture to Royal Mail address standard at a small cost per address so they can be added to your next campaign. These are warm leads and a highly valuable asset – make the most of them!
Management of mailing campaigns
It is surprising how many companies think that by mailing in-house either using staff or volunteers they are saving money or mailing as cost effectively as deemed possible.
In many cases this is not so!
Sub-contracting to a third party such as Right Sort can actually not only give you considerable savings on your postage, but mechanised mailing and bulk purchase of materials can often cut the cost of the mailing and ensure the mailing is posted efficiently and on time.
We can do from DL to C4 size mailings in polythene or envelope. So for newsletters to lottery campaigns with up to 7 additional inserts, why not get a quote and compare the cost, often the saving on postage for larger campaigns will cover the cost of outsourcing.
For a simple mail piece, perhaps an invitation to an event, you can do a postcard mailing at a fraction of the cost of a more traditional item, and measure the effectiveness of this simply by the response to the event!

For some years now we have run an annual lottery campaign for an organisation that has, in its time, targeted over 220,000 members for lottery ticket sales.
From printing letters, numbering tickets and then mailing the campaign to receiving the donations and ticket purchases, banking monies and updating the database, we offer our client an easy seemless solution to what could be a management nightmare.
As often as required our client can get up to date information on the number and value of tickets purchased, the value of donations and monies banked to date allowing them to have accurate up to date information on the campaign’s progress.
Once the campaign is complete, we then select electronically the winning tickets.
Queries about the lottery are handled by our call centre as well as simple facts about the organisation should the caller want more information.
