Your database - will be set up to manage your membership requirements as effectively as is possible and will be maintained on a day to day basis to ensure data is kept up to date at all times.
New Subscriptions – via all media will be received directly from your members or from yourselves as individual or bulk imports. You will be given a unique telephone number which will identify your business as callers ring in so calls are answered in your business name.
Lapsed Subscriptions – we can monitor and work with you to convert lapsed subscribers by telephone, letter or email.
Welcome Pack Fulfilment – should you offer a pack to members, they can be made up and despatched within an agreed timescale. Information packs of any description can be done as required.
Membership Renewals – when done by our systems will be set to the number and format of renewal request you require, these can be done via letter, telephone, e-mail or all 3 permeatations.
Back Issue Fulfilment – for the processing of requirements of historical or older stored publications.
Mailing Campaigns – whether you communicate by newsletter, letter, magazine or postcard, all criteria are catered for utilising all possible discount schemes offered by service providers, ie: presstream for magazine mailing.
Reporting – This can be set up to meet your specific needs and despatched electronically when required.
Warehousing – we have cost effective and secure warehousing and storage for all products with the exception of perishable food items.
