Data screening and cleaning

Data Capture
Raffle tickets, invitations, coupons, printed or handwritten can be captured quickly and efficiently utilising our Address Management software which incorporates the Royal Mail Database of all known UK addresses.
Any number of fields can be captured including telephone, fax, e-mail and other information that may be valuable for your business.
Questionnaires
When capturing the information on a customer questionnaire, typically we replicate the document into our access database system. Drop down menus are incorporated into the database where there is a multiple choice option and fields are forced where information must be completed. This ensures that operators can capture the questionnaire efficiently and accurately with a minimum of keystrokes. Our address management software is also utilised ensuring address accuracy.
Daily database management
We have clients at RSM who use us to keep their database clean and up to date on a daily basis utilising all data services ie: capturing, removing and cleansing when required, we also do the data extractions for events and mailings as required and ensure they are in a format suitable for merging and mailing without duplicates or poor addresses.
Data Sourcing
At Rightsort we do not hold mailing lists but we do work with other partners who can supply good quality MPS/TPS/FPS screened and profiled if required, consumer and business data, we can give free counts based on the area and type of data required prior to any purchasing so you can work out campaign costs and viability.
