The New Year threw us right into the Valentines with over 210,000 cards packed and distributed to retail outlets across the UK, closely followed by Easter and Mothers Day.

Cuddly Calling - The gentle approach to introducing, re-introducing or retaining contact with your customers and prospects.
We have revamped our original outbound call handling service with the introduction of ‘cuddly calling’. This is not telesales or telemarketing, it is more subtle than that, but can be very effective in generating new or repeat business.

Christmas 2010
Once again we had a busy season with over 33,500 orders despatched between September and December.
Our new tracked service saved our charities over £5000 in courier fees, something that we will be looking to develop further for 2011, so watch this space!
We are currently building selection/bargain packs for our charity clients for their 2011 campaigns and for orders placed before the end of February 2011, and completed before the end of April, we are offering a 5p per pack discount.
So if you have boxes of old card stock that you want to turn into funds – get in touch, the selection pack usually is one of the best sellers in a campaign and can also be used to boost average order values when used as a free gift for orders over a fixed value.

A recent change in equipment and supplier has allowed us to drastically reduce the costs of our mailing services and in particular inkjet printing.
From as little as £17.50/1000 items, Mailsorted, printed, bundled and bagged, you can take advantage of postcard printing, envelope and now for a little more, direct print to catalogue which can either be mailed as it stands, or be inserted into polythene.
For 5000 postcards supplied by yourselves then over-printed with the name and address then bagged you are looking at £87.50 plus postage.
We can also now offer a complete package by teaming up with a local printer to provide the design and postcard production, the addressing and processing of the mailing and the 2nd class postage fee for 30p* per item.
So in this case for a mailing of 5000 items from design to letterbox you would be paying £1500.00, not bad for a complete campaign!
(*Applies to mailings over 4000 items, below that the cost will be approximately 33p per item.)

Rightsort Mailing aids in Fundraising for Nicola’s Fund
September 1st 2008, at aged 10 Lucy Belk, the daughter of Julie Belk, Sales and Marketing Director at RSM, was diagnosed with cancer and subsequently underwent 6 months of intensive chemotherapy. Once in remission after an exhausting time for all, the family were given a 5 day all paid holiday at Centerparcs, courtesy of Nicola’s Fund (www.nicolasfund.co.uk), a local children’s cancer charity working for families in North Wales and Cheshire to provide these desperately needed breaks once children have completed their treatments.
This meant so much to the Belk family that they wanted to do something back so other families could also benefit, so Lucy did a sponsored walk to raise funds with the aim to send at least 2 more families to Centerparcs, which would cost in the region of £2000.00.
To do this, Julie decided to ask local companies to support Lucy which was a great success and with additional contributions from friends and family Lucy raised £1780.00, just short of her target.
Without the support of Rightsort Mailing who printed the letter, addressed the envelope and printed a reply envelope all free of charge as well as picking up the bill for the postage and BBS, a data supplier in Farndon, Chester, who kindly supplied the business data free of charge, this would not have been possible. In monetary terms these services would have taken the value of Lucy’s efforts well over £2500.
The local awareness now of this tiny charity that are doing so much for local families has been increased significantly, feedback from the businesses that supported the campaign indicates that there will be more support to come.
