St James's Place
Your service works perfectly for us. Our clients at St James’s Place are greeted by yourselves in a warm and professional manner, rather than by a machine. It is essential to us to provide the best service to our clients as possible and Rightsort is a vital component in this respect.

Project One Consulting
“ We chose Rightsort because of your personalised answering service, capability to patch calls to mobile phones as well as normal exchange lines, empathy with our business, not too big and impersonal, in the region, good accent, big enough to manage our growth, competitive pricing and nice people.”

Database Management
Grosvenor Garden Centre
"Grosvenor has been working with Right Sort Mailing Company since 2001 and continues to be delighted with the excellent level of personal service. Friendly and approachable yet professional at all times, no project is too large or too small.
Handling the data management of our mailing list and email database, together with direct mail fulfilment, we have consistently been impressed with their attention to detail - and calm acceptance when we occasionally ask for the impossible!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Right Sort to anybody looking for these services and we will continue to work alongside the team to increase and manage our database,"

It's a Gift Thing
As a small mail order company, large overheads are not an option so we use Rightsort to hold our stock, take our orders via telephone and the web and despatch orders to our customers. We’ve had no complaints yet from our customers, orders always arrive in good condition and in good time. We simply could not afford an office, storage, and the staff to take and process orders, as well as all the other overheads, so it’s a perfect solution for us and highly cost effective!
Welcome Recordings
For several years now Right Sort have been helping out with both the mailing, taking orders, sending out the orders and everything in between. I have been very happy with them and so I am sure have my customers.
We are an international company in that we have sent out orders to 46 different countries (and still counting!). This has been quite a challenge in itself with different currencies, shopping carts etc. Right Sort have dealt with all this very well. Indeed every time I have a new idea e.g. recently giving both a 50% discount when quoting PARISH777, a free DVD when quoting FREEDVD and free carriage over certain amounts, the database has been sorted out no problem. Added to this is very reasonable charges plus excellent management reports (for VAT for example).
Surprise surprise I can highly recommend them! And hey last but not least they are very friendly (don't bite, but take a chocolate bar for Chris when visiting!). I have visited many times over the years and always found all the staff very friendly, welcoming and really very patient dealing with stuff and with me!

Charity Services
Hope House
I have always found all the Rightsort staff and Julie Belk in particular to run a highly professional and friendly service at all times.
They have always handled our hospice mail order campaign very successfully, and having worked with them personally for 3 years I cannot fault the service they provide.
They process and supply our thirteen charity shops with their card orders, sorted into 3 languages from the initial allocation in August, through to the end of the campaign on 17th December.
The stock is always correct and delivery times within the given forecasts.
The reports they provide weekly are clear informative and relevant and any other information you may require is always sourced quickly and in a friendly manner.
They also successfully handle all our mail order campaign taking payments using our credit card machine and again producing fully comprehensive reports, including Gift Aid, donations, payments and stock, every week on time.
They also handle donor queries regarding their orders efficiently and sensitively, particularly when we come to the end of the campaign and we have to deal with queries on substitutions, or unavailable stock items and tight deadlines as Christmas approaches.
Working in partnership with Rightsort has certainly eased our workload!

Downs Syndrome
You've taken away all of the stress surrounding our Christmas cards and it's an incredible relief to know that our orders are in the best of hands year on year. Your fantastic communication keeps me up to date with everything I need to know - couldn't do it without you!

Medlar Press
Rightsort have handled our magazine subscriptions for about ten years now - taking calls and postal subscriptions, processing payments through our automatic terminal, depositing cheques with the bank, and mailing our quarterly issues and any back copies or slip-cases requested. We have always been very happy with the service they provide. Customers appreciate being able to speak to someone helpful and Rightsort always know when to refer a query. It is ideal for us that one of the call handlers is dedicated to our magazine so that we are able to speak to him direct whenever the need arises.
