From a barn on a farm to an industrial unit within a year (currently 15,000 sqft), not only did direct mail services flourish, but this also allowed for the introduction of complimentary services such as warehousing and order fulfilment services, and subsequently introduced order processing, call and payment handling at a time before you could order just with the click of a mouse.

 

In 30 years, downturns in the economy, the arrival of social media coupled with the rapid growth of the internet and even more recently, Covid 19, has not stopped us doing what we do best, we are still here and we are stronger than ever!
